FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA!
Your orders are manufactured at the beginning of the month and shipped twice a week. Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weights of the products so that we can pass on our shipping savings to you! Our shipping rates are usually below retail rates.
International Shipping + Duties & Taxes
International customers will be responsible for all import/vat taxes and or duties incurred. Please note that UPS charges an additional service charge for their import services on top of government mandated import taxes. USPS only incurs government import taxes. For customers ordering with Standard Shipping, please track your package with your local postal carriers as they are responsible for delivering your package to you. The USPS website may not update once it reaches your country and USPS is unable to help once the package leaves the USA. In the case of a customer refused delivery for any reason including refusal due to unwillingness to pay for custom duties or taxes incurred, you will be offered a refund on your items minus the shipping fees and restocking fee of 15% only after we receive the package in its original state. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package gets returned to us, which includes any and all communication that is required with the respected postal carriers of their choice. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped and will not assist in the return of your international package. If a package gets returned to us due to a customer error, such as inputting the wrong address or for unclaimed packages that are returned due to not being picked up in time, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees that will be incurred. Shipping fees are always non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject any refund requests for any reason that we deem fit.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
For packages that are lost or arrive damaged, please email us at hi@thiccorganics.com with your order number for a replacement. For damaged items, please include an image of the damage. For lost packages, please include any evidence you can of the package not arriving. Shipping fees are always non-refundable. All UPS/DHL claims must be submitted within 14 days of your order date. All Standard Shipping claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
What if my package was returned to you?
For orders that are returned due to a customer error, such as inputting the wrong address or packages that are returned because they were unclaimed and not picked up in time, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping fees. Orders that are returned to us due to customer error unopened are eligible for a refund minus the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are always non refundable.
Please note that shipping times are not the same as processing times. Shipping fees are paid to the postal carrier of your choice and does not affect our processing times.
