Refund policy

Can I get a refund?
Due to the sustainable, small batch, time consuming process that is used to make each bottle, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. All sales are final. We only make the amount that is estimated to be ordered every month to reduce waste and stay sustainable. Please note that all multi-packs are sold as one item and cannot be partially refunded. Shipping fees are always non-refundable. Thank you for understanding and making the world a more sustainable place!

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any cancellations after an order has been placed as we order ingredients & supplies according to the monthly estimated order volume. This would be unfair to those who would have willingly taken that spot. This also ensures that your products are formulated with the highest quality ingredients that arrive fresh. Fresh ingredients mean a fresh product, ensuring that your product has not been sitting on a shelf for months or years before getting to you.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
For packages that are lost or arrive damaged, please email us at hi@thiccorganics.com with your order number for a replacement or refund. For damaged items, please include an image of the damage. For lost packages, customers will be sent a link to complete a form from the insurance company stating that they never received their package. We will only be able to ship the replacement package once the form has been completed and submitted, and the insurance company as approved the claim. Shipping fees are always non-refundable. All UPS/DHL claims must be submitted within 14 days of your order date. All Standard Shipping claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order date. 

What if my package was returned to you?
For orders that are returned due to a customer error, such as inputting the wrong address or packages that are returned because they were unclaimed and not picked up in time, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping fees. Orders that are returned to us due to customer error unopened are eligible for a refund minus the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are always non refundable. For packages that were returned due to a warehouse error, we will reship it free of charge.
